Terms of Service

Most of our goods are made-to-order. Depending on the amount of incoming and in process orders, wait times for orders to be processed may take approximately 3-4 weeks to complete.

Incoming orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. In the case of larger bulk orders, please contact me directly at cbyington@myartificers.com so I can work through the details with you.

 Usually our stock orders ship in 5-7 business days, and 3-4 weeks for made-to-order items to ship. Made-to-order items will be labeled in the product description. 

Once in a while we'll be super busy, and lead times can be a bit longer on all orders. This usually occurs around holidays and back-to-school season. We make everything by hand, and we appreciate your patience. 

Tracking numbers will be sent via email upon shipment. 

Orders ship USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail with tracking and insurance.

Shipping costs and credit card/paypal fees are non-refundable.

All sales are final. However, if the product malfunctions we will be more than willing to assess the issue and repair if possible or offer a replacement upon inspection of the product when its returned.

Since we choose to use quality full grain leather hides, not all products will look the same. This is what makes your purchase unique to you and no one else.

If a leather is not available at the time of purchase, we may be able to provide you with an alternate leather that we may suggest of similar quality. Unfortunately, availability of leather varies depending on supply and demand from the tanneries we purchase from. Certain types of leathers can sometimes take several weeks to be delivered once we place an order for more stock.
